Housing related support for older people is changing with the introduction of a new floating support service. Support at Home from Festival Housing Group helps the over 55s with daily living skills which enables them to live independently in accommodation that is suitable for their needs. The support provided will be agreed with the service user in a support plan which will detail the outcomes it will assist the service user to achieve.
