Who cares in Worcestershire?

Connexions is a support service for young people, to ensure that all 13-19 year olds get the information, advice and practical help they need in preparing for adult and working life. All 13-19 year olds can access help whether they are at school in further or higher education, in or out of work or training. Extra help is provided for those most in need.
