Tackling racial harassment and violence - we provide an effective and efficient service to individual victims of hate crijes and harassment. Tackling institutional discrimination - we promote good race equality practice amongst employes in order to eradicate institutional racism and discrimination. Tackling social exclusion (community development) - to provide support, advice and information to local disadvantaged ethnic minority communities nad organisations. Raising public awareness - to campaign on specific local, regional and national issues and inform public, private and voluntary sector agencies, community groups and the generla public of the extent and nature of racial discrimination, harassment and inequality of opportunity.
