Aims:  To ensure that individuals do not suffer through lack of knowledge of their rights and responsibilities or of the services available to them through an inability to express their needs effectively.

·    Benefit checks

·    Write letters and telephone calls on clients’ behalf

·    Advocacy

Bewdley Medical Centre, Dog Lane, Bewdley;  2.00pm to 4.00pm on Friday

Stourport Indoor Market, Lombard Street, Stourport on Severn;  10am to 2pm on Tuesdays
